 Post subject: Ford f-25 T-case swapping

I can get a good deal on an '88 F-250 diesel. The thing is the t-case is screwed up. From researching it is a Borg Warner 1356, which is chain driven. Is there a way I could easily replace this transfer case with a ford NP-205?

Figure out what tranny is in the thing. If its a C6, then yes, it should be an easy swap...

...i'm not a ford expert though....
