This may be a dumb question -and heck, I may already know the answer, I just don't know it...but what do they mean by lockers? I was reading the Badlands rules, and it said that level 3-5 trails you have to have lockers and a winch. So, what are lockers? I have locking hubs-is that what they mean?

DD: '96 Chevy K2500HD, ext. cab, LB, 4x4, 5 sp, PMD relocate, air filter retrofit, Banks Exhaust, 6.5L "F" diesel, Hideaway gooseneck hitch, Rear bumper hitch, Pyro Gauge, Boost Gauge, custom fog lamps mounted on a custom front hitch, DIY wastegate, A/C delete.

Wish List: some sort of scangauge, muffler & CAT delete, Walbro fuel pump & marine fuel filter, Feed the Beast mod (have fittings already)

Nope, not lock outs, lockers are inside your axles, they're either inserted into your carrier for your ring gear (the differential) or they ARE the carrier. they force both axles (right and left) to turn, instead of just one at a time. we can talk more this weekend about it

You don't have to have lockers at Badlands. I didn't have lockers in my TJ, and there weren't many trails I didn't run...
