 Post subject: SWR Meter

Are any of these an SWR meter that everyones talking about to tune antennas?

heres the first one i came across

If so, does anyone know how to use them that will teach me so i can tune my antennas. id also be willing to let other ppl tune their antennas

always had someone do it for me.....bt from what i remember you hook it up, set your radio on 1, key it up, adjust. set it at 40, key it up adjust...

maybe next week we can get together and figure it out. I need my antenna tuned as well. Gimme a call at 449-1826.

Ya, i might go out and play with the meters today and see what i can come up with. I have two antennas, one is the kind you adjust with a screw, the other is one that has to be cut. Ill use the one with the screw for practice so i dont accidently go too far with the cutting. Then once i figured it out ill cut the other antenna till its tuned.

I got my antenna from aci465? It is a firestick 3' that you have to cut. What time were you going to play with it (that's what she said)? I am not-so-much working today... :eyebrows:

Dont know yet. Gotta meet up with my Mom for lunch and to go over some health insurance stuff. Should be free after that. Do you text? I hate talking on the phone. Anyway, if ya do, my number is 557-9049
