as many of ya know the winch let me down last weekend and i just ended up taking the cable off temporarly. well after the meet adn greet matt came over (bored) and we looked into it. did some troubleshooting and found the connection from the plug was just dirty. was able to bypass it and works great. think im gona rewire a switch going into the cab and also be able to hook up the plugin switch. already got it figured out and im glad its not the contactor or the motor. the fix will cost me $0 yeah!

well did some upgrading reaserch today an found some wireless with remote kits for the ol' winch. does anyone that has them like em? are they reliable? im always a fan of hardwireing for the reliability, but if its something i won't have to mess with i was thinking of going that route.
