We'll have to see what my job deal is at the time but I would like to attend. One question though, last time I stayed at the historic hotel attica, the parking lot was pretty small. Any idea where to put a truck and trailer?

I thought the attica inn or whatever it was called (on the way into attica) was pretty decent. lots of parking, and with fresh batteries you can screw with your neighbor's television.

yes, that one is indeed shut down

a truck and trailer will fit at the campground just fine. If you really need the amenities however, it will also fit at the attica hotel in that lot, seen it with a few truck/trailer combos in it

the attica inn has a parking lot behind it and a parking lot across the street that they own that you can park a truck and trailer in. Worse case you'll prolly know someone at the campground and could leave your trailer and jeep there.

Yes the one going into town is closed and has been closed for over year...unless someone has reopened it since the last time I was down there for the last TREC race. I think that hotel could be a great business venture if you could buy it for the right price.

Depends on how many days off I have at the end of the year on whether I'll make it. Last year my days off feel perfect to make this trip...this year...I'll have to take at least one day off maybe two...

If I remember it's 20 for driver and 10 for passanger or 10 and 5 respectfully. either way it's worth it.

It's $20 for vehicle and driver. $10 per passenger Check out their website. It has all the info you need. As ROC said, you will have a blast and it's worth the money for a day of wheeling. I can't believe I haven't been there yet this year. I will be there for the turkey day run!!

It's $5 per passenger. It's been so long since I've been there.

Doesn't seem to be a lot of interest this year. That sucks!! Was hoping for a big turn out like last year. Hope more can go.

I can't be there that early, I can't leave the fire station Saturday morning til 6:30. Think we could possibly leave at 7:30? That's about as early as we can be there. :acclaim:

ALRIGHT SORRY EVERYONE!!!!!

I know I said we couldn't make it early but I found out today that the department is allowing me to come home in the evenings......I will be off Friday night at 5pm :2up:

With that being said I spoke to Mike and we came up with the idea that we shoulp try to leave town by 6am if everyone can. That still won't get us down there til around 9:30 or 10.

I SAY WE ROLL EARLY!!!! :) :)

Going to be a muddy mess in a lot of places. Please check depth before going in any water holes. I hope the creek isn't to deep.

You can ride in the back seat with me. I have a pink harness you can sit in since my daughter isn't coming! haha. You really can ride with my friend and I if you want. It will be a comfortable ride down and back. I tow mine with my Yukon.

Can we ge a final head count on who to expect in the morning?! I'm in! Bring your boots, 3.4 inches of rain this week, over there!!

had fun while it lasted. THANK YOU to james and jeff. you guys showed the true maening this weekend of not letting a person go by them selves. i know i have seen some on here that would have left and not looked back. you guys helped get up to the shop and then left the park early coming home with me/us to make sure we made it ok. thank you. sorry our day got cut short , but we still had fun. D hope you and A had fun.

ORP what happen to ya?

I blew my back two tires out at 5:45am leaving my neighborhood on my way. my tires were rubbing on my rear sway bar then it broke and puntured my tires. What pisses me off is i asked tire barn to test fit the tires to see if they would rub and they said they did. I didnt get to check myself cuz i had to get to work then back home so i could get enough sleep to go with ya guys. Long story short I should have checked it myslef i trusted the wrong people  and also I took my rear sway bar off so it wont happen again. Now I have to fork out more money for more tires and I have no jeep till i get it fixed.
