does your camera have a screw hole for a tripod mount? If so you could just get a bolt and put it on the dash maybe :?

My CB is mounted on top of my dash. I took piece of steel and bent it in a L shape, drilled a hole for the camera, and one to mount it to the CB bracket. I found a small bolt that fit the camera, and a rubber grommet. At works fine for me.
