I tore out the non-functioning fridge and put in a nice window AC unit, about 5000 btu, then ran stranded copper to a 2 circuit breaker box which gets power from the existing power cord. One circuit runs the old electrical stuff, and one runs to an outlet which i installed inside the fridge hole so i can replace the a/c unit with ease if it proves to be too small of a unit come this weekend. One things for sure, you have to have the camper perfectly level for it to work right ;-)

Nope, as long as the camper is leveled, the condensate drains out the back of the unit (inside the fridge hole) where i drilled a hole through the floor and inserted a black pipe reducer (3/4 - 3/8) so it drips into that, through the floor to the ground :-)
