I aquired an 86 full size Bronco. 302 FI, looks to be 8.8 rear and D60 front (not sure exactly) I am trying to get general specs and info on the truck and what it was stock so I know what I am working with now. It has a SOA in the rear, not sure how it was lifted in the front. The pitman are needs to become a lowered arm real soon as it is starting to leak because of the strain and coming out the bottom to do it's work, thank goodness for the long shaft it is attached to.

I really know nothing about it but the above so I need a lot of info on it and the motor specs. for that year and being the truck motor. The transfer case ratio, normal things like that. I tried edmunds and it doesn't seem they go back that far.

Any help will be appreciated, thank you in advance.

I'm guessing its not a 60 front...is it 8 lug and does the hub seem to be as big around all the way out to the lockout, or taper down about an inch...(from wheel mounting surface to lockout)

Not sure of a good spec site either

check here
http://fullsizebronco.com/

or this one, it's better
http://www.carsplusplus.com/specs1985/ford_bronco.php

actually, the second one sucks...

i agree with chuck, probably not a d60 in the front. My first guess would be d44 in the front and either a 8.8 or 9" rear

well I know the rear is 8.8.

just found on a site that the front is a D44.

Still looking for a site with all the specs neither of the two provided give much info they are pretty general. It's all good I am sure I will find one somewhere

What does it matter what you started with if you've got a plan for where it's going....don't you just need to buy the parts for what it WILL be...not what it HAS BEEN.....oh poetry...
